Last week was great!!! this week we are trying a few new things I got from other Meal Planners!!
So first of all I wanna say I'm a day early with my shopping I did it this afternoon and its GREAT to know I don't have to go shopping tomorrow!! YEAH!!! But I will say I'm not great for buying out of my comfort zone seeing how I label myself as a NON COOKER!!!! I got a great recipe from Keleigh ( hope I spelt it right) for some cream cheese brownies( can't wait to eat those and NO I"M NOT SHARING!!!I'm feeding two you know!!)..... I had to ask the guy in bulk foods what the difference was between wafers and the other stuff they were both DARK CHOCOLATE!!! Needless to say he wasn't much help so I choose the more expensive stuff.... thats what I do when I'm in doubt!!! Then I'm trying someones Empanadas recipe ( I linked on a link from Annie's site) So she suggested Pillsbury dough grands.... so thats what I put in my cart!! I get to the till and they are Cinnamon bun thingies.....so now I'm confused...I go back to aisle they sell them in and all the Grands are Cinnamon buns..... does that mean the dough is flavoured or do you add stuff to it??? So I bought one of those to see and 2 of the croissant ones just in case!!! I need a shop line hot line for all my culinary shopping dilemmas!! ON SPEED DIAL ON MY CELL PHONE!!!! So lets hope all goes well this week!!

Shes never eaten the lettuce before..... but she likes stuff with TANG and this had some punch she ate a whole bowlful ... Mommie could only have a small bowl it was good but too much.... I've never been an AVOCADO lover!! unless its guacamole!! But I'm trying!!!

What a yummy salad! I have saved this. Thanks so much for sharing it, and have a great week!
That Avocado/Radish salad sounds great...I have all the ingredients. I'll try it instead of my other salad. Great Menu!!
YUMMY! I haven't had empanadas in forever! Everything else also sounds amazing!
Happy Spring and Happy Cooking!
Hi, I just came in to have a look at your menu and discovered that we are both due to have our babies on the same day :) Except I'm having my 5th and she is a girl :)
Good luck with the next couple of weeks, I'll be visiting your blog often to check you're progress :)
Feel free to come and visit me at http://jugglingmum.blogspot.com
You so remind me of my friend Julie, she will call and just ask a really random question about a recipe or whatever and then say okay, bye! So funny!
The grands biscuits here in Oklahoma are just biscuits. There are different varieties like butter or flaky crust but cinnamon is a different creature alltogether :)
Have a great week.
blessings~

I had never made them either, when it came time to make the cheese sauce (there was a little gb left in the pan) I didn't have the cheese the recipe called for or velveeta... so I put in some cheddar, american, and some cream along with some salsa. It was really the best cheese sauce I have ever made. I think this recipe may be a no fail one.
Shari,
Sounds so yummy! I'm going to have to add empanada's to our menu plan very soon, it's been a very long time since i've had them and will also be adding the salad as well. New is good and now that it's been tried by you (hehe) we'll give it a go.

Good luck with the brownies! A word of advice - keep an eye on them once they're baked as they have a habit of disappearing, lol!
Your menu looks great - thanks for the recipe too! I love radishes!
Happy cooking,
Kelleigh
I am so with you on needing a Hotline! I wandered the aisles yesterday trying to find bottled chili sauce. Never did find it!! Thanks for the Avocado/Radish Salad recipe...I love avocados!
One more thing...how do you make your Lime Chicken Tacos??
