Hope everyones easter was just lovely!! Ours was very very nice... its great to have friends over when you don't have much family living close!! Think we'll be making this a tradition on all holidays ....it was wonderful having Pen and Hal!!
So this week we still have to have our shrimp stir fry and chicken fingers and fries two weeks and we still haven't got to it!! oooppps!!

bbq pork chops mashed and corn
pasta and a meat sauce with garlic bread
hot turkey sandwiches and poutine
gotta keep it simple .......baby could come anyday and I still have LOADS of stuff to get done...but making great headway!! hope you all have a great week..sorry I couldn't get back to you all last week its been INSANE HERE!!!
Sounds like you had a terrific Easter. My husband and I went to brunch, at Souplantation. Our teenage son was home sick with a cold. Bummer. But I'm glad that he wasn't sitting in the wet, cold at church services.
